GIVING WoMN welcomes members to our organization whether experienced in philanthropy or just beginning the journey!
The registration process is easy. Simply download the pledge form by clicking on the GIVING WoMN New Member Pledge Form below, print the form, and mail with payment to GIVING WoMN, 101 Fifth Street East, Suite 2400 Saint Paul, MN 55101.
You will receive a donation acknowledgement for your contribution to Giving WoMN through our fiscal agent, The Minnesota Community Foundation. 100% of your $1100 donation is tax deductible.

What Does Membership Offer?
GIVING WoMN members make a 2-year commitment of $1100 per year. $1000 of this contribution is dedicated to our yearly grants. The remaining $100 goes to support the administrative costs of GIVING WoMN. Each year, we collect contributions which are due by November 30th. To be eligible to vote for the next round of possible grant recipients, contributions must be paid by year end.
Members are eligible to participate in the grants process, vote on all issues presented to membership, attend GIVING WoMN events, and serve on the Board of Directors and other teams.
GIVING WoMN offers several education, social and networking events each year including an annual meeting where the current grant recipients are introduced to members. Members are welcome to be as active as they wish – whether that means quietly enjoying the annual meeting, serving on a GIVING WoMN committee, or simply paying the annual contribution and voting for the grant recipients. We welcome whatever participation you desire.
